Amelia
Has been adopted!
This lovely Warmblood buckskin filly was saved from slaughter in May 2017. Everyone that meets her cannot get over how brave and friendly Amelia is. As of September 2017, she is estimated to be two years old and has a big floating trot and smooth, balanced canter. Currently she 14.2 and growing leaps and bounds in her foster care for HERD. Amelia jumps right into the trailer, is curious and smart, and gets along with any other horse as she is not an alpha in the pasture. Her disposition and movement lead us to believe she will be a dressage, hunter or eventer prospect. She is currently receiving ground work training and gets an A plus for effort. She is named for Amelia, the granddaughter of Lee Garrison, a HERD supporter and her sponsor.
